Pro Tips & Variations

  • Make it sparkling: Substitute club soda with sparkling apple cider for a sweeter, fuller flavor.
  • Batch version: Multiply ingredients and mix in a pitcher for easy entertaining. Add club soda just before serving.
  • Herbal twist: Try thyme or basil instead of rosemary for a different aromatic profile.
  • Mocktail option: Replace gin with extra apple juice or non-alcoholic gin and top with club soda.
  • Presentation idea: Lightly torch the rosemary sprig before garnishing for a smoky, fragrant touch.
