  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled, thicker smoothie)

Instructions
 

  • Add avocado, spinach, and banana to the blender.
  • Pour in the Greek yogurt, lime juice, and almond milk.
  • Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup, if desired.
  • For a colder, thicker consistency, add ice and blend briefly again.
  • Serve immediately. Garnish with a pinch of lime zest for extra brightness.
