Ingredients
  

  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed or chia seeds (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Pour the almond milk into the blender to help everything blend smoothly.
  • Add the apple, spinach, banana, and Greek yogurt.
  • Add flaxseed or chia, and cinnamon if using.
  • Blend on high for 45–60 seconds, or until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Add ice for a colder texture and blend again briefly.
  • Serve right away for the freshest flavor.
