  • ½ cup green grapes (optional, for added sweetness)
  • 1 cup cold coconut water (or plain water)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Pour the coconut water into the blender first to ensure a smooth blend.
  • Add cucumber, greens, apple, mint, lemon juice, and grapes (if using).
  • Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until smooth and lightly frothy.
  • Taste and adjust with extra lemon juice or mint to suit your preference.
  • Serve immediately, chilled, for the best flavor and freshness.
