  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Pour the almond milk and water into the blender to create a smooth blending base.
  • Add kale, banana, kiwi, and lime juice.
  • Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until silky and fully combined.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup, if desired.
  • Add ice for a colder texture and blend briefly again.
